Great stay for girls trip

We were on a girls trip. The hotel staff was very friendly helping us with directions. The room was a great size and very clean. One of the most fun things we did was the bike tour from the Navy Pier. It is a beautiful city with friendly people, we always felt safe, we stayed in the tourist section though. Gino's pizza was a great place to eat and the Corner Bakery was good for breakfast. The hotel was in walking distance to most everything. Our bathtub drain had a problem while we were there and they fixed it immediately. There is a Walgreen's on every corner if you forget something.Overall great stay, I would go back!

Perfect Girls Weekend

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, theatre, sightseeing, and shopping. The conciere services were excellent. Requested additional tea and coffee for the room and was there in less than 5 minutes. 10 minutes later a call to confirm the receipt of the requested items. Best part was the price, couln't get much better.

Exceded my expectations

The location was ideal and the staff was beyond exceptional. Each time we returned, the room had been cleaned and fresh towels were brought. Even when we ventured out in the evening and returned, we returned to turn-down service, a freshed room , and more fresh towels. This hotel exceded my expectations and I will definitely return.
