Ideal Hotel
My mom and I had a "girls weekend" in Chicago, and the Omni was a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to make our trip to Chicago a wonderful one, and they were very professional. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, and I would defiinitely recommend it.

College hunting Mom and Daughter
Amazing location and service!
My 17 year old daughter and I were in Chicago to visit prospective colleges, but we also managed to do some shopping, eat at some great restaurants, and go to Second City comedy club! Our stay at the Omni was fantastic! Everyone from the bell boy who greated us upon our arrival to the amazing front desk staff who did everything they could to enhance our stay, made our three days perfect. We took a swim and a dip into the hot tub every night after walking all over Northwestern or U. of Chicago. The breakfasts at 676 were excellent (the buffet is the best, but I think it's only available on weekends or holidays). The bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully decorated and impeccably clean.

Visiting The Second City comedy club in Olde Towne Chicago was reasonably priced and a lot of fun for all ages (not under 14). The Adobo Grill restaurant was authentic Mexican food at decent prices.

Amazing hotel and great location!
What an incredible stay! Where to start? From the moment you enter the staff is there expressly to serve your needs! Every staff member we met always smiled warmly and asked how you were, do you need anything or just a warm hello. Not the fake, perfunctory smile but genuine. We had a corner suite with fantastic views up and down Michigan Avenue. Join the free Omni Select Guest program and enjoy free wireless internet, daily paper of your choice and the morning coffee delivered each morning at the time you request. Very nice perk. Centrally located to fantastic shopping, restaurants and entertainment all within easy walking distance. The on-site restaurant 676 has a tasty breakfast buffet with anything you could want and the servers attentive without being overbearing. I loved seeing the servers bring the boosters seats for the little girls' American Girl Dolls. Very cute! 5 Stars in every way...cannot wait to return for a longer stay. We will definitely stay at the Omni when we return to Chicago.

If you like Improv humor, definetly check out The Second City main stage show. Hilarious!! Quality performers and great skits. Could not pick a favorite performer because they were all so funny! Call for reservations early as it sells out quickly.

Great stay for girls trip
We were on a girls trip. The hotel staff was very friendly helping us with directions. The room was a great size and very clean. One of the most fun things we did was the bike tour from the Navy Pier. It is a beautiful city with friendly people, we always felt safe, we stayed in the tourist section though. Gino's pizza was a great place to eat and the Corner Bakery was good for breakfast. The hotel was in walking distance to most everything. Our bathtub drain had a problem while we were there and they fixed it immediately. There is a Walgreen's on every corner if you forget something.Overall great stay, I would go back!
