Exactly what I had expected and hoped for.

We were able to check in a few minutes early, the room was exactly as expected, all of the staff were courteous, polite and respectful, all in all, the stay was glitch free. Works for me!

Just so-so.

It was just okay for the price. Nothing about the hotel "wowed" me. The room we had that fits 5 people was small and the view was terrible (looking right into the brick wall of another building). The location was great though! Close to everything on Michigan Avenue. The concierge was very helpful when recommending restaurants and shopping areas.

Not one thing to complain about...

I don't often review hotels unless I have an extremely bad stay, or an outstanding stay. Anything in the middle is normally just average. But our stay at the Omni Chicago last weekend was so outstanding that I felt they deserved my review! Every single staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful every time. Food was excellent and when they had bath salts waiting in my bathroom after a long day of walking, I could have kissed them!! Being a "select" guest (free sign-up) got me a pot of hot coffee and juice every morn at my door. Beds were so comfy; quiet room; attentive staff in every way. Could not have asked for anything more!

Great Hotel- Magnificent Mile

The hotel was beautiful and the room layout was perfect for studying and sleeping. Location was ideal. I was able to run to Lake Michigan and Navy Pier and walk the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is also near several good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Good experience. The hotel was very accommodating. The dining experience could be better. Service was extremely slow at dinner and the dinner menu was very limited.
