The Tides is a newly costructed luxury highrise community located in the Lakeshore East area of downtown Chicago, just Northeast of Millennium Park. Approximately 2 miles South of the Old Town/Lincoln Park area and 1 mile South of the Gold Coast Area. Features a 24-hour door staff, resident business center,lounge/reading room and billiards/game room. The outdoor terrace features a swimming pool, patio and barbecue areas, and the on-site spa features a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, whirlpools, steam and sauna rooms and a massage area. Each apartment features granite countertops and an in home washer/dryer. The property offers a complimentary shuttle service that runs weekday mornings from the community to Michigan and Randolph Purple, Orange, Pink, Green, and Brown Train Lines, and Tuesdays and Sundays from the community to a local grocery store. High speed internet is included.
