Hotel is next to Gino's Pizza and just a block off of Michigan Ave. Rooms were clean and view was great!

Make sure to visit the original Gino's right next door. There is almost always a line but staff is great and keeps things moving.

In the Middle of Everything

unremarkable
Great location, unremarkable staff. Room was small and not as clean as it should have been. We brought this to the attention of the staff and nothing was done. There are many good choices in Chicago. I'm glad we tried it, but would not return.

The only problem was at about 1:30 am there was a couple in a room down the hall that got into a very loud argument with alot of swearing/ yelling that didnt allow us to sleep, and this went on for over an hour even after i called the front desk for security to come up and investigate. My wife was not happy of the timing.

One night stay for Blueman group concert
The lobby was under construction, otherwise the hotl s clean and in great location... We were able to check in earlier, so it was helpful for us. Recommend to everyone!

Great location for Downtown
Great service and very comfortable rooms once you are on site. Their dining recommendations and assistance with taxi arrangements are excellent. Very accessable to major entertainment sites and shopping the Miracle mile. Still has some construction on the ground floor bit it OS all contained behind temporary walls and doesn't interfere with the stay at all. Only service glitch concerned CTA recommendation. Had directions from their desk personnel and was using cell phone app to navigate line transfers. Lost all cell connection at the Daly courthouse area. Was put on hold twice for over 5 min each time by the front desk as I called for direction assistance.

Great hotel
This hotel has great location. Approximately 5 minutes walk to water tower, best buy, apple store and any stores you could think of on the north Michigan avenue. The hotel is very clean and has nice staff. More importantly, it has an acceptable price.

needs work, all the way around
The room smelled musty, probably because there was not a fan in the bathroom. When we pulled the Roman shade, we noticed a large stain on the shade and reported it to the staff. They said that housekeeping would take care of it, well not right away apparently. Staff was friendly, but not accomodating. Great locatioon for walking and shopping the mag mile. We are in Chicago about once a month and come back to some favorite hotels and like try different ones. We probably wouldn't come back here.
