Great holiday in Chicago
Location is very good. Hotel and rooms was very clean.Concierge team was helpful, there was no limit on the services. Only computer use for internet could be free.

Top-Notch Hospitality
Everyone went out of their way to see that our needs were met. Very customer friendly, and courtious. If we had one complaint, it was that the Dining was very expensive. It was almost like they WANT you to go elsewhere. Service was outstanding, but $20 for a breakfast is a bit steep. It was also $20 for a Burger and Fries. The room was clean, and the bed was Very comfortable!

Nice, friendly place
Walked and rode trolley to Navy Pier. Really great location. City parking is expensive,tho. $107 for 3 days!!!

Good price, Wonderful Stay
We were very happy with our stay. We parked our car at the hotel and took the elevated train to Wrigley field and Shedd Aquarium. The hotel was within walking distance from nice restaurants and shopping. It was an enjoyable stay for everyone in our group.

Chicago Downtown Marriot
I went there on business and also to visit family. Hotel was great and the location was great as well. Plenty to choose from with nice bars and restaurants in the area.

Great location & freindly
Spending New Year's Eve in downtown Chicago-the Marriott was a great location - near shopping and many wonderful restaurants -we especially appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Great getaway weekend
The location on the Magnificent Mile was excellent for walking as well as public transportation to and from museums, etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The lobby had a bar and a Starbucks that were hopping all day long. Our package also included a full breakfast which was delicious. We would definitly stay again. Also, we forgot a few things in our room, and the staff was very helpful in recovering and returning those items to us.

A quick getaway
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was ok but the hot tub was not working. Breakfast there was really good, but was busy!! Elevators were fast, didn't have to wait around for them!
