Nice stay at theWyndham Hotel in Chicago
We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. The location was excellent at only 1 block from Michigan Ave. The rooms were nicely remodeled and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was nice, but a bit overpriced for the offerings. The one thing they could improve upon was giving hotel and area information at check in. We were not directed where the guest elevators were, where to find the pool / exercise facilities, etc. More information would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Great location...
Great location for shopping. Within walking distance of all the major shopping areas. Nice room and excellent service. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Good
Location was great - went to shop the magnificent mile shops. Was in Chicago in July stayed at the Westin Hotel had a much nicer view out the window. Not so good at the Wyndham.

Beautiful and New.
Spotless, staff was fantastic and it was a nice new hotel. They left nothing for you to want. Restaurant in hotel had amazing food and its locations is great.

Wonderful place to stay, friendly people
Stay for 5 days and everyday was awsome, everyone we dealt with was super friendly and very very helpful.

Good location
Location made this a great hotel option. During my brief stay (less than 24 hrs) the hotel was clean, room was spacious and the staff, particulary the bell desk, was friendly and helpful. Nothing too fancy, but a safe option for travel.

overall the hotel was great, the restaurant food was excellent. my only complaint was that when I made reservations at [...] they asked if I wanted a smoking room which I did, however when I got there I was told that it was a non smoking establishment.Additonally, my room was not ready. i was attending a conference that started on 3/25 at noon and could not go to my room until after the conference had started, Would like to have freshened up first. I recommmend that the facility take that into account for conferences and business trips. Could also hear the shower and toilet flushing as well as doors closing from the next room

old-n-dusty
white socks turned black on the filthy carpet, bed linens smelled from another person's body odor, bathtub could only fit a 10 year old, furniture outdated and scarred, tv internet out of order like everything else in the room, had to call the front desk twice to get the phone to work.

Chicago and Entertaining
The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. Helped find places to watch the game, food, directions. Each request met with a smile. I would stay there again.
