The new Hotel Lincoln is a window to the most dynamic part of Chicago's North Side, Lincoln Park. Like the neighborhood, the hotel is historic yet fresh, fun though eccentric, active but relaxed. It's where the energy of urban life meets 1,200 green acres and Lake Michigan. All of which makes the Lincoln that unique place where the rhythms of a great city can be felt, savored and adopted as your own. The Lincoln's 184 rooms are classic Chicago seen through an eclectic, contemporary lens. They're on the preppy side, designed and furnished with modern and vintage details, including original art from local artists. Rooms on the highest floors - 9 through 12 - feature the hotel finest views, especially when facing east toward Lincoln Park and the lake.

Great for quick business trip

I have stayed at Hotel Lincoln several times and have always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is in a great location. The rooftop bar/terrace is a really great value add to this hotel as well! Highly recommend staying here!

Just Depends on What you Like

Good location. Next to Lincoln Zoo and park. Near business district. Staff courteous. Rooms extremely cramped. Don't know how they put a king size bed in the room. Ran into bed frame several times. No closet space. Small bathroom. Restaurant was expensive and not to my taste. I prefer meat and potatoes. New age feel to premises and cuisine.

Excellent Experience

The hotel was well located - (within walking distance of shopping, many restaurants and fun pubs), very trendy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was outstanding - (all ingredients were fresh and the service was excellent). The park is across the street and on Saturdays there is a farmer's market. The Chicago History Museum is one block down the street and the Theaters are a short cab ride away. Transportation was very easy for taxis, bicycles and if you are a walker - the Metra station is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a very competitive pet friendly policy and a great rooftop bar - very popular with hotel and local guests. The hotel is a restored building with a clean, safe, friendly atmosphere. I will gladly stay here again.

Great in the city stay

I stayed at this hotel because it was very near a friend's home I was visiting, he lived one block from hotel. Junior Suite was very well appointed and clean. The staff was very helpful. The decor was very eclectic without being too trendy. I plan to stay again when in town soon.
