this is a beautiful place to stay.
I need a hotel to have a good bed, a good shower, good wifi and beautiful sheets. This has all. Great location. I was very satisfied.

too small
Clean, inexpensive, friendly staff.
The bellboy was extremely pleasant, front desk very helpful. Room very clean, BUT EXTREMELY SMALL and claustrophobic. Size of the room was the width of the queen bed. Very clean. Not many "extras" came with the room. Inexpensive, but way too small of a room.

Great Romantic Getaway
The staff was great, always asking if we needed anything. They also where helpful with knowledge of the area. The room was small but expected in a boutique style hotel, perfect for couples on a getaway, very cozy. No parking was the only issue, but there are parking garages/lots nearby and if you do your research you can find online prepay sites. definitly recommend this hotel

Money saver and save from walking/driving. Get a CTA pass for the trains. You won't have to drive at all in this city for most activities

If you drive up in a hybrid car your parking is free. That was about a $100 savings to me. WOW. Rooms were small but very clean and we were just sleeping so no big deal.hotel Felix may be my new fav hotel.

An enjoyable trip
I was trying to book a room at another hotel in the River North area. So, I was drawn by the description of Hotel Felix. Not only did it meet my expectations, everything is within walking distance. My favorite upscale supermarket, Mexican restaurant and department stores are only blocks away. The staff was accommodating and friendly. There was a glitch with housekeeping but the staff made up for it by giving me credit without any hassle whatsoever. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Felix on my next trip to Chicago! And already recommended it to several people.

Nice change from the loop scene
I liked the location, and the hotel was clean and simple and comfortable. It was a mile from the office downtown but that made for a nice morning walk.
