Extremely disappointing
Not inviting at all. Stayed there for a business meeting for 2 nights. The rooms are tiny. There is this pathetic area in the lobby they have complimentary coffee. They call it a "boutique hotel"? Who are they kidding?

Nice hotel, good location. The fireplace in the lounge is very nice on a cold day. The room was small, but very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Xoco - a Rick Bayless Mexican place. Great food, very casual atmosphere. Just a short walk from the hotel.

Good stay
I came here for a work meeting last weekend. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and very accomodating. The room is very tiny but I guess thats expected for a city boutique hotel. The thing I didnt like was they did not resupply me with toiletries. I ran out of soap and had to call the desk.

Travel Lover Alycia
Disappointing
No one warned us that they were doing repairs. The noise was quite annoying. In addition, despite having our do not disturb tag on the door someone from the maintenance staff came into our room while we were gone to examine something in the ceiling & didn't even bother to return the ceiling tiles to the proper places so we came back to an open ceiling and dust all over the floor. Quite disappointing. The ceiling itself above the bed was chunky with dust and easily cleaned marks on walls were ignored. The room was fine, but the lack of care put it on par with a nice Holiday Inn. The best part of this hotel is the entrance, but only if you don't need something from the staff. Will never return. Unlikely to try any other hotel in this chain.

Great Business Stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great but very small, really just a clean, safe place to spend the night. There is no pool and the bar is very small as well. The location is great, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Walgreens is also just a block away! The beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Great Downtown Hotel
We had a great experience at the Hotel Felix. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice and it is in a great location. The rooms are small, but we didn't really care because we were there to enjoy the city.

Cafe Iberico is right up the street on LaSalle. It is a wonderful place to have reasonably priced tapas and delicious Sangaria.
