O.K., but you have to pay for parking!!!
Although the hotel and room were comfortable, it wasn't anything special. I was particularly disappointed that guests have to pay $14 a night for parking! It's absurd! The staff was fine, but I won't be coming back to this hotel.

Great overnight hotel
Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable and great shower! They gave me coupons for local restaurants. Wake up call, and free breakfast with great coffee. Best bang for your buck.

Satisfactory trip
Fair - Called for new box of Kleenex but never received... after 2 calls. Clerks sometimes shoort and abrupt. Room of good quality and clean.

Room service poor and very expensive. It was just a short walk to a bar/retaurant - we should have used it in spite of the snow.

Great family reunion
we met with family we hadn't met before and since we did not have a car we found it very convient all the places to eat within walking distance and the shuttle to the airport was very convient too. there is only one thing that we lacked that would have made our stay more enjoyable access to a small refrigerator and microwave in our room or on our floor. My mother is a diabetic and her meds needed to be refirgerated and some time we might have wanted a heated snack during the night.

Great People and atmosphere
We needed a hotel near Midway airport because our flights were at extreme morning times. We were able to take the shuttle at 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning so we could pick up and drop off our rental car at a decent hour. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Great time! Great staff!
We went up to catch the cubs/ cards game.. Just hoped the trolley to the orange then to the red! Had so much fun! I have stayed at this hotel before, and I enjoyed it enough to return! And I probably will again!
