Wouldnt stay again.
The room was suppose to be non smoking but it had a very smokey smell to it. I called the front desk and asked if it was smoke free and she said yes and said there was nothing she could do. Right then I said I would never stay there again. I woke up with a sinus headache all 3 days. I guess i dont know what smaoke smells like. Also I left $10 dollars for the maid and my bathroom wasnt cleaned at all, just a new towel.

Chicago trip
Hotel was very nice. It was clean. We ate at the restaurant one night, food was good and it was convenient. Overall it was a great place to stay and only about a 20 minute drive from the city!!

Holiday Inn
This worked out wonderful. The staff was great, check-in was easy. The maids were sweet, polite and so willing to help. A couple of days I did not have them come in because I could sleep in which was needed, since I was there for my father's funeral. It was quiet so we I needed private time I had it. I would stay there again. I also left something in the room and the house cleaning staff mailed it immediately to me. Which was great. The only negative would be there was no microwave in the room. I would stay there again.

A night on the town
The hotel was beautiful! The pool, ping pong table, and fooseball table were awesome :) I would book again, the only problem was that I felt that the prices of food at Champs sports bar were very high for the quality of food given. The food was plain and nothing special, but still cost so much. Maybe could have happy hour specials or something?!

Quick stop - airport convenience!
Very brief stay. Hotel shuttle service was great. Check in fast and efficient, room quiet, clean, comfortable.

This is really a nice hotel!
I stayed at this Holiday Inn while I was checking out Chicago for a short vacation. According to the front desk this location had only been there for 3 years and was kept really nice. The only real complaint I had was with the restaurant, they were short staffed and it took a while to get anything. This location made a great home base for coming back to while checking out Chicago. They have a shuttle that runs to the airport every 20 minutes which would then give you quick access to the orange line.

great place to sleep!
the staff was wonderful, and very friendly! The rooms were great, and very quite! But, the breakfast was slow and very cold, the butter would not even melt. So, don't go to eat, but spend some time,relax, and sleep, that's all great!
