Comfortability of room
The living room of the suite we had was on the small side; smaller than Hampton Inn's but large enough for our use. The fridge was a SMALL dorm size fridge that we had to pull out of the cabinet to get the pizza box in. The mircrowave didn't work. There was no sink in the kitchen area. To wash something or get a drink of water you had to go to the bathroom. It seemed even when we turned the heat up the room was cool but that may have been because we had the fan on all the time. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Maid service was excellent. Sounds like I complained a lot above but really did enjoy the stay there. Good locaton but long walk to public transit.

LEARN to use the bus service even if shopping on the mirale mile. Can save the pushing of the heavy side walk traffic.

Lake View Gem!
We stayed at this hotel on the 27th floor over Christmas. The staff was very kind, the room nice for more than 2 people and the views were awesome! We paid for a lake view and had an awesome one from both the living area and bedroom. The room service was great for breakfast, and the location rocks!! Please stay here if you want to be close to Hancock, The Drake, Mag Mile and the lake.

Family Getaway to see the Lights Festival
My husband and I and our two young children spent three nights at the Hilton Suites to enjoy the Holiday Lights Festival, museums, and shopping. The location was perfect for all three activities. We have never stayed in this area before and would definitely return. Unfortunately, the front desk and concierge staff were not helpful. They put us in a handicap suite which was fine except that the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. My husband was disappointed when he asked for recommendations for restaurants and they just handed him a list and said they couldn't provide any more information. It seems like they could do a little more research to be knowledgable on them. We were also displeased with our view and asked to change rooms. They said that all the King Suites did not have a view. Be aware in case you are looking for something other than a brick wall and HVAC equipment. Fortunately, the view from the top floor pool and fitness room was fantastic. I couldn't imagine a better view of the lake.

Business get away
For us the location was what we wanted. The hotel was very nice. Our questions were answered quickly and complete. We were on the 6th floor, which was noisy due to Garbage truck traffic untill around midnight. Then it got quieter. Will stay again. But ask for a higher room..

This hotel needs an update
The suite was small. the pull out couch/bed was awful...the bed sagged/bent when pulled out. 4 stayed in the suite and they would give us 3 glasses...3 towels. for a hilton I expected better. location was the best thing about our stay there. the segway tour was fabulous. You must go to the bridgehouse restaurant on the river******

Nice Getaway in the City
Checked into the Hotel for a little - Overnight Escape to the city . The room Was Clean and Comfortable. No View From our room - But - that's okay . Comfortable bed. Door did not close all the way on its own - It was sticking and had to make sure you pushed it closed. - Almost missed that when we came home late.. - Could have gone to sleep with an unlocked door.. - The Pool on the 30th floor was great ! Amazing views of the city and lake - A wonderful way to unwind in the morning... Located right behind the Hancock Building - One Block off Michigan Ave - A great location to explore downtown Chicago for a night.
