We were delayed by airport shut down in Toronto and hotel allowed orbitz to re book us at no extr charge

The place needs help!
Had a room next to the elevators and the noise was horrible all night! We called the front desk and they would have a mechanic check it out. We later spoke with a hotel security person who said that you should never get a room by the elevators because the noise is always horrible. This used to be a great hotel 25 years ago! It desparately needs a makeover! It's sad because the location is so convenient.

Comfortable & Convenient
I have a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The area where I would find the most fault is in the quality of the food at the hotel restaurants/bar. The food and beverages are very expensive with not much gained in quality for the added expense and convenience.

Windy City Long Weekend
Hotel is very nice and a fairly easy train into the city. Don't understand why I need to pay extra to use the workout facilities. The pool was "complimentary" like they were doing us a favor or something.

Ideal layover
With some bad weather coming in, we got started early on our trip. We needed a place spend the night near O'Hare with only 24 hours to make arrangements. I couldn't ask for more convenience for both the last minute booking and the proximity to the airport. We flew in on morning and out the next, and the hotel provided the ideal layover.

Great to be near ORD
I needed a place to stay the night before an early a.m. flight. The airport Hilton was perfect! Wake up, checkout is automatic, go straight to the terminal without going outside. It's a good place for a fly-in meeting too.
