Family Christmas weekend
Great! I was a bit worried, 'what am I getting into?' with the comparatively low price for downtown. Shouldn't have worried--it was friendly, clean, just what I wanted. Location could not have been better. Went to theatres both nights, short walk away. Most customer friendly department store (Macys') around the corner; L blue line straight to/from O'Hare even closer. Best place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of almost anywhere downtown. I'll be back!

Fun trip with granddaughter
I love the location of this hotel. On a nice day it was within walking distance of Union Station, Willis Tower, American Girl and Magnificent Mile and Millennium or Grant Park. The hotel was 1 to 3 blocks of most public transportation- the bus stop, the trolley stop and the CTA. It's about 6 blocks from the Metra station. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I will certainly stay at this hotel on my next trip to Chicago.

Great convenient location; fabulous service
From the greeting at the front door by the valet parking attendant to check-in, to check-out the following day, the stay was perfect. The location was ultra-convenient to my meetings and for shopping.

Perfect conference or tourist stay
Beautifully clean and well maintained. Especially impressed with the doormen who were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was a huge plus. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially the choice of pillows of varying degrees of softness. The duvet was so comfortable too. The room was quiet and another big plus was that we could open the window. I was there for a conference and my husband came along to site see. Many attractions within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to choose from though many close early. A wonderful stay that really enhanced our trip. Access to a pool would really have topped off the amenities and some weights in the fitness room are a must. Fitness room was on the small side too.

Perfect Location in down town Chicago
We used the Hotel as a hub to which we could take short cab rides or walk to some very fine restaurants. We walked a block and took the train to Wriggly Field. The Hotel it's self was very nice and clean, with a very personable staff.

Nice if we'd gotten the room represented
Specified and were told we were getting Large King room with fold out couch-actually got small king room with roll-away bed with springs sticking out. We had to buy an air mattress for our son to sleep on
