Great location and price
We used this hotel for a girls' get-away weekend and had a great time. The room was nicely sized and very clean. It was only a block off of Michigan Ave! The free internet was a bonus as well.

first outing with friends
front desk staff were okay. She did try to accommodate us after telling us that the room we have booked a month ahead was not available. The doorman was very helpful with our luggages and taking them to our room. The room was clean but the trash bins could have been a little bigger since we have six people in one room. It was also nice to have the mini fridge and microwave since we have little children. Overall, it was a nice experience staying at the hotel and especially when it's very close to the Magnificent Miles.

Great Area
Was in Chicago for a girl's weekend. Did not spend too much time at the hotel, but the pool area and workout rooms were nice and the whole building is smoke-free. Downside is that there is no breakfast, restaurant, or bar in the hotel. Also, check-in time was 3:00 PM and when we arrived at 3:50, we were told our room was not clean and that we would need to wait an hour. There was no offer to give us a discount or anything, just a receptionist who said "well, would you rather have a dirty or only partially cleaned room?". The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I would stay again but book in advance before the prices soar.

There is a Trader Joe's a block away, we went there and bought cheap bottles of wine to drink while we got ready.

Great downtown location
A group of girlfriends stayed at the Sheraton for a bachelorette party and had a great experience. It is close to everything and the staff was always very helpful. The rooms were nice, but the summer price is a little steep.

Pretty high priced
I wanted to book a hotel that was nearby everything & reasonable for the price. While the location was excellent, paying over $350.00 for the room we had was outrageous. I've stayed at the Palmer House & the W for half that & the rooms were majestic. The room was small and uncomfortable. For a price like that I've had suites Downtown Chicago. This is probably the last time I would stay there.

great location
Great location, great price. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Walking distance (two blocks and up) to restaurants and shopping on the Mag Mile. Would stay there again. Great value for being so close to Mag Mile. Hotel amenities average (microwave in room, small refrigerator in room, pool, internet, business center).

Clean, Close, and Commfortable
The location is fantastic. Just a $10 cab ride from Union Station (we took Amtrak to Chicago)and the hotel is one block off Michigan Ave in the Magnificent Mile shopping district. Also walking distance to Rain Forest Cafe and Hard Rock Cafe. There are convience stores within 2 blocks for snacks or forgotten items. The hotel is very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The pool is small and shallow (3'6") so if that is important you might want to look elsewhere. We would stay there again no doubt.
