Great Value and Location

Arrived late for a concert with two young adults and not much experience at getting around Chicago. The staff from the valet group to the concierge were so helpful that they got us on track and to the concert with 10 minutes to spare. Great Breakfast the following morning and a great room at a reasonable price. I could not have asked for any more. Great job.

Great in all respects

We walked to Magnificent Mile a lot since it was only 2-3 blocks away. Fantastic shopping and restaurants with lots of options for dining (Italian, Indian, Thai, Chicago style pizza, you name it), so location was perfect. Loved the free breakfast; so many choices of different things to eat with something for everyone. Kids swam every day. Great to have 2 TVs. Service was prompt and courteous.

Sightseeing tip: Not Applicable

We got the Chicago City Pass which gave us access to 5 different attractions (Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, etc.). But in the 2 1/2 days we stayed, there was no way we could cover all 5 and still have an enjoyable and leisurely time. You have to stay longer than this to get the most out of the Pass (but the Pass helped us beat all the long lines at Sky Deck and the Field Museum, so that was definitely a plus).

The Perfect Downtown Visit

Four a family of five The Embassy Suites was an excellent selection. With the set up of the room, we were very pleased because it was as if we had two rooms in one. Additionally, the manager's reception and the complimentary breakfast were outstanding. We will definitely visit this hotel in the future.

Very nice deal.

Located in a great location of Chicago. Only two blocks off the Magnificent Mile and about two blocks north of the Chicago River. May be the only hotel that offers a reception in the evening and a beautiful breakfast in the morning in downtown Chicago.

Very family friendly

The Embasy suites was very comfortable, the suite has two rooms (bedroom and tv room). I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good -- it was really only two blocks to Michigan Ave. and very near tu neavy pier, and there were restaurants very close.

No complaints.

I was having a 25th birthday party in Chicago, my guests and I chose to stay here. It was a really good choice, the rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. They have a daily reception, in which you get free complimentary drinks. The location is good as you can walk or take a 5 dollar taxi ride anywhere. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. I definetly will be staying here again.

In LOVE with this Embassy Suites Hotel!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. We were even next to the elevator. The breakfast was amazing. They had everything and it was soooo good. They even have some free drinks in the evening. The location was right where we wanted it to be. Very close to the navy pier and not too far from the magnificant mile. I will definately stay at this hotel again when ever we go to Chicago and will stay at Embassy wherever we go! Parking was expensive, but it is at the other hotels too.
