Great Stuff

Despite not being able to switch room because we accidentally book a handicapped accessible room, overall experience was good. Our room was not updated like the website touts so was disappointed in that. Also the bathroom has no vent which is unheard of anywhere so made it uncomfortable for everyone when nature called. Happy Hour and breakfast made it worth it. All rooms need updated if going to advertise that they are updated.

"Unbeatable location for the price"

Very clean and comfortable suits. Good breakfast and enjoyable manager's reception. The parking fee is very high ($48.00) even for Chicago regular parking fees ($29.00 elsewhere.)

Nice hotel for Chicago getaway

Had a great time with family - we were able to get all our rooms on the same floor, which was helpful. Elevators were not all functioning and caused some frustration, but it was a good exercise in practicing patience. :-) Nice location and comfortable hotel!

Perfect Family Hotel!

It is a great hotel for families with kids! I probably wouldn't stay here if I came with adults only due to the amount of kids here. The buffet breakfast is great. Happy hour is okay but, ran out of food & drink lines were very long. Either way, it was a really nice hotel (great rooms and comfy beds).

Quick Stay

The hotel, was clean and in a great spot of the city. Loved the breakfast. Only complaint is the elevator system- seemed to take forever to get up or down!

Great Location and Immenities

For Valentines Day, me and my husband booked this place, bought new swimsuits, looking forward to use of the pool and hottub, but the place was full of kids, many unsupervised, running around, yelling, screaming, having a great time at the pool and hottub. Maybe some adult only time at those facilities would be a good idea. The evening reception with free food and drinks as well as the hot breakfast included, helped make up for the out of control children. We would probably go again if they could change the rules of the pool and hottub. We get a room for Valentines day every year, as well as for other occasions in the city.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

If your prepared, the fridge and microwave in all rooms, as well as the evening reception and breakfast could mean not eating out all weekend.

Hotel and breakfast good

Everything was fine except the cost of parking a car. The free breakfast was good, but the evening reception needs a lot of work. Better wine and more people to serve drinks as the line was usually 15+ deep most of the time.
