Relaxing weekend get away - even with NATO in town!
My only complaint was that the bed was a little short for my preference but I absolutely can not complain about anything else. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, plenty of things to see, do & places to eat around the hotel. NATO was in town but it did not adversely affect the stay at the hotel. We would stay there again!!

Mother's Day weekend getaway
Great location. Room was a bit on the small side, but was very comfortable and perfectly acceptable. Shower curtain should be longer, because water sprinkled on bathroom floor slightly. For 2 people, this room works great. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Visiting Schools
Went to Chicago to visit a school and stayed at Club Quarters. It was easy to get to, and they had a parking lot right next to it that was convenient to park in. The room was small (to the point where my travel companion and I had to dance around the room to stay out of either other's way to get ready for dinner) but clean. We had views of other tall buildings, which I thought were beautiful, if you like those kinds of views. We had to go down the hall to get the iron to use, because it's in a central location, not each room. Overall, it was a good experience, if a little cramped.

Quaint
Room was small but had what I needed - a clean bed, a clean warm shower. The view was great. I could best sum it up as very European feeling - not much extra space beyond the bed, the desk and the entry way.

Budget Minded Couple
We stayed at a hotel north of the river for a few nights (work conference was covering the cost of the hotel) but moved to the Club Quarters on Wacker for a less expensive option closer to downtown to spend the weekend post-conference. We were very pleased! While north of the river is shiny and clean with lots of shopping, the Loop and downtown has lots of parks, historic architecture and local food options. The CQ was convenient to the "L" line - subway, which we used to visit the Field Museum and the Shedd Aquarium. Within walking distance, there is the Chicago Cultural Center where I took advantage of the "Greeter" program - free tours of the city by local volunteers. A great way to see the city through a natives' eyes! Also, lots of local coffee shops, donut shops, hot dog places and restaurants are within a few blocks of the hotel. Best thing about CQ was their second floor "club room" where they had chess tables, lounge chairs and a Kuerig coffee maker. We made a coffee each morning before heading out to see the sites. Lastly, the restaurant downstairs, Bella Bacino's was amazing! I actually had it recommended to me by our "Greeter" from the Cultural Center - who didn't know I was staying at CQ. The food was wonderful, wait staff was very helpful and they had a good selection of local beer - always a plus in my book!

great location
the rooms are small, actually very small, however, they are well appointed, comfortable and have all the amenaties that one would want. The hotel is within walking distance of the train to the airport, has a small cafe in the next block that has great breakfast and lunch. Is within easy walking district of downtown shops and is right on the riverwalk. I have stayed here twice and would recommend it to anyone who is in Chicago either on business or pleasure.

Perfect location....just a bit warm
We love the location and the little pizza place/bar connected to the hotel. Price was good but only down side was that we could not control the heat in our room. Tried to open the window but It did not open so needless to say we roasted. Could not wait to get out into the chilly air.
