Great hotel, great price, great location

Thanks for a great stay. With the price provided, I expected much less. It was a good bang for the buck. Love the self serve bottled water dispensers in the hallways! Bathroom was a little small, but everything else made up for it and then some. Will stay again.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

It was hard to find a place for a quick bite to eat within walking distance on a friday at 7:00pm. This is because it's right in the heart of the business district and most places are closed outside of working hours.

not bad for downtown

Room next door started going in and out at 5 am slamming the door each time, hard to sleep thru that, likely nothing they could do at the hotel, just need others to be considerate. The room was clean, small, but comfortable for the time there.

Loved the location

I walked in the door thinking I would have to wait in line as usual, but a couple directed me to a monitor that did the check-in for me that took less than 5 minutes! The machine even gave me my room key. The room was a good size for a single traveler with nice decor and an ergonomic chair that I would have loved to put in my suitcase to bring back with me. A restaurant in the hotel offers room service as do local area restaurants listed in the directory. The hotel is even doing their part to go green. The location was not on the main strip, but I found that to be a benefit. There was less hustle&bustle moving through crowds and it gave me access to local hidden treasures that most tourist wouldn't see because they stay on the main strip. I did have noisy neighbors, but I could only hear them in the hallways, not their rooms. The only complaint is that I wish the beds were softer.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

The hotel food is good, but expensive. Just 1 city block down is great food for less. And a Garrett's Popcorn Shop, which is a must have in Chicago, 2 blocks away.

Great value! Nice place to stay!

The staff was very nice and the room was much better than we expected. We stayed for five days and were very pleased with the entire experience. Free filtered water is one of the best amenities I have ever had in a hotel - it's an underrated necessity for travelers. Room service was just ok - it comes from the restaurant downstairs in a take out style instead of traditional room service style but was also much less expensive than traditional room service. Overall we loved the Club Quarters Loop and will likely stay there again next year.

Very nice!!

Good location but if you want to walk to the main attractions in downtown you may want to wear very confortable shoes. Expensive valet parking $34. Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms.
