Perfect for business travel
While almost everything at this hotel is self-serve, the amenities are exactly what one needs for business travel down to the complimentary internet and refillable water bottle stations. It was very comfortable, and the location in the center of the loop was convenient to businesses in the loop, but also near public transportation, so that a person can get just about anywhere in the city easily.

Club Quarters
I was welcomed when I dropped my suitcase off hours before I could check in. It was in a secure location until I actually checked in. I felt very safe there as they make you use your room key to operate the elevator. They very helpfully gave me directions to where I needed to go. The room was small, but actually bigger than I had anticipated from the reveiws I had read. It was clean and had adequate annemnities for my purpose for coming to Chicago. I would definetly stay there again!!

Long walk from hotel
Enjoy the views as you walk almost anywher free. Millenium Park ,shop on Michigan Ave. , see Monroe's famous pose. Dine anywhere at any price point. It's all yours at Club Quarters!

Cheapest in the loop
... and still very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful when I forgot my toothbrush they brought it right up. They also provide purified water in bottles at no cost. The location is great, just a few blocks from the water and Grant Park, as well as the Jackson Station on the L.

Came to town for a conference at the Federal Reserve Building
The location was great - just a couple of blocks off of the CTA Blue Line from O'Hare and just a 1 1/2 blocks from the Federal Reserve Building. The staff was nice, but not very conversational. The Doormen were the friendliest! The room was comfortable and well decorated. I would stay at this hotel again.
