excellent quality and value
I was surprised to find a hotel so well located at such a reasonable price. I was further surprised to discover the quality on arrival. Rooms are not huge, but they are more than adequate. Appointments are nice.

Great location, great price! Clean!
Was on a weekend getaway to the city from the northern suburbs. Found this hotel at a great rate on Orbitz. The location was great for all of the activities we had planned, including a cooking class at the Chopping Block at the Mercantile Exchange, a visit to the Art Institute, ice skating at Millenium Park and dinner at the Berghoff. All were well within walking distance, even in the cold temps. The hotel is very clean and modern and staff friendly. We had a small suite on the 6th floor. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and had a decent view. The bedding was above par and bed itself very comfortable. No lumps, bumps or warping of the mattress. This will now be my hotel of choice for any future overnight stays in the city.

just business
I stayed at the Club Quarters Central Loop for NYE and expected quite a bit more than I got. This hotel is simply for business people to conduct business and nothing more. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable, the showers don't have a tub, and the setup of the hotel is all-together awkward. The nicest part was a flat-screen TV. Also, check-in was painful because initially they sent us to the wrong room, one that someone was already in! Imagine the embarassment!

Great value
This hotel is perfect if you do not want to spend a lot of money, and are not planning on spending a lot of time in your room. (Great for a weekend getaway or night downtown). The location is excellent, the restaurant near the lobby has great food, and the room was clean and comfortable with all the basics you need. I will definitely be staying here anytime I head to Chicago.

Very neat and clean
I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities of this hotel. Because It is a smaller hotel, I wasn't expecting contemporary and modern appliances. The room was neat and clean and the bathroom was nice. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room. The location was also very convenient, located right downtown in Chicago.

Short walk from hotel
The is a Walgreens right nearby the hotel. We actually stopped there when we needed to pick up a few small items. The location of the hotel makes it great for getting around downtown. A cab ride to the Shedd Aquarium was only $7.

GREAT experience, exceeded expectations
We had a GREAT experience at Club Quarters--we were able to upgrade for a very low fee to a suite. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The closet was big, the bathroom was big, the suite came with a microwave and minifridge, there was FREE BOTTLED WATER available on every floor, free internet printing in the business lounge, a great selection for cheap takeout delivered right to you room..... I could keep on going! There weren't a lot of amenities like a pool, the complimentary toiletries were not impressive etc, but that was no issue to us. The hotel was conveniently located to the El and great restaurants and a 7-11. Great experience, we would definitely return.

Great location
The Club Quarters Central Loop, Chicago is at a great location for on-foot sightseeing. The Symphony, Art Institute, Millenium Park are all just a few blocks away. The shopping district (on State and the Magnificent Mile) is a short taxi ride away. Parking during the stay is taken care of by the usual argangement with a near by parking garage.
