Great Location

The rooms are quite small but cozy. The hotel is located in the loop close to the Theater District and the Chicago Symphony concerts. Many restaurants and shopping near by. Good value for the location.

Our Stay

Really enjoyed this hotel. Amazing location, really nice room, nice staff. It was really great and made our experience in Chicago a great one! Also an amazing price for the hotel and the location. Close to all the main attractions, close to the metro, and places to eat. It is so worth it!

very good location

The hotel is located in Chicago down town, near to amtrak station, millennium park, and sears tower. However, shower does not work very well, and no refrigerator in the room

Location

This hotel is right in the middle of Chicago. Places to eat, places to go are all within blocks. I would advise that if you have not been to Chicago, do some research as to where things are. If you are driving.....buckle up. Lots of one way streets and the construction in the city is off the charts. Parking will cost you an arm and a leg. It was cheaper to park on the outside of the city and take the train in for a couple of days. If you can get in there by train, that is best. Use taxis to get from one place to another or get some comfy shoes on and explore. The hotel and what it offers is exactly what I read about so no suprises. I was tickled to find that they do have a nice and full gym area in the lower level. Any workout that you would want to do can be done given the equipment available. The city streets in the early morning are great for a run but I mean early like before 5AM. After that, the place comes alive.

A good location to our outing.

Staff was not very friendly at all. Curbside and inside checking in. Asking questions, was not welcomed. Would stay again because it was clean and a good location.I'm sure if you were a returning customer you got better treatment. Maybe they didn't like their jobs.

My Lollapalooza Headquarters

My arrival on friday was no problem. Checked in early with out a problem. The hotel is in a pefect location to everything, Art , Grant Park . My room was small. I booked a Queen size bed , but they gave me a small double bed. I don't know if it was the hotels fault., I didn't want to complain. Staff at check out were helpful, valet parking a little slow. Over all a nice stay.

Couldn't be more pleased!

Club Quarters Central Loop was everything I wanted and more for the price! Great location close to Grant Park, Millenium Park, Art Institute, Macy's, Union station, restaurants, Willis Tower and more. As others have said the rooms are small but we weren't in it much and for our 2 night stay it was fine for 2 adults. Our room was ready even though we arrived early on a Friday in July. Complimentary refillable water bottles on every floor was a very nice bonus. The "living room" lounges on the lobby and lower levels are perfect spots to relax. The fitness center is well equpped and larger than what many other hotels offer.
