Great localtion and service

First time in this particular Club Quarters. Location is perfect: in the middle of the Loop, very close to the CTA blue line, and to many business locations and tourist attractions. The "small", cheapest , rooms are, well, small for American standards, but not for European standards, and, in any case, the rooms have everything you could need. Staff is very helpful and professional. Wholly recommended.

Perfect for anyone on the go

The hotel location was excellent! Right off the blue line from O'Hare and in the loop, easy walking distance to almost anything downtown and a very quick train ride anywhere else. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfy. I have stayed at the other Club Quarters and will continue to frequent these hotels on my future trips.

Very unhappy

First they were going to put us in a very tiny room until we complained and then they put us in a larger nice room. Our main complaint was that they charged us $35.00 just to park our car which we didn't know in advance. Why didn't you tell me when I booked the room about the parking charge?

Great for two

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a long weekend. The room size was what we expected for being in a city. Plus, we were rarely there as we explored Chicago. The room & hotel were clean, & the staff was very helpful when we needed. The only slight disadvantage is the hotel's location. Although it is near major landmarks, we noticed it was more in the business/financial district. As twenty-somethings, we realized we were not near any nightlife or near bars beside the hotel's. Parking was a few blocks away but the hotel validates it, so it wasn't as bad as we expected. Overall, a good deal!

I use this hotel often

The Club Quarters in the Loop has always been a favorite place of mine. It isn't the Palmer House, but it is a really nice hotel, with courteous staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, lots of amenities, and it's in a perfect location. I frequently go to Chicago for symphony concerts and this hotel is one block from the Blue Line train, and only a few blocks from Symphony Center and the Art Institute; it's a perfect match for my needs.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

If you have a kitchenette (or just a refrigerator) in your room, and want to cut down on restaurant expenses, there is a Whole Foods market on at the corner of Dearborn and Huron; and a Trader Joe's on Ontario, near Wabash.

Last Minute Trip

It has everything you need and nothing you don't. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip where all the action is in the city, not in the hotel.

Close to lots of things to do!

A few blocks from Willis Tower, Art Museum, State Street shopping, Millennium Park and the Cultural Center. Had a fantastic dinner at Giordano's, just around the block. Deep dish Chicago pizza at it's finest! Room was small, but clean and comfortable. They have filtered water station by the elevators with clean empty water bottles to fill and take with you! A nice amenity when bottled water costs a buck a pop if you buy at the store. I leave the car at the Federal Street garage and get a reduced price when I validate ticket at the hotel. This is the second time I've stayed there on an overnight trip to Chicago and I would highly recommend it and will stay there in the future!
