Tops for Convenience

Can't complain about the price and location. Lobby was clean, bright, and the staff was welcoming, though I have never been a fan of checking in at a kiosk. Loved the fresh water dispenser by the elevators, had never seen that. Loved the WiFi--even though I had a wireless connection, the reception and servcie was very good. The only real problem was that my room was depressing. The only window looked out on an alley and I almost couldn't see the sky to gauge what kind of day it was. I am sure other rooms are nicer like that, but I didn't see those. All in all, I would stay here for the price I paid, but not a whole lot more.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Take the Blue Line from the airport to Jackson station and walk the 2 blocks. Costs only $2.25 and could actually beat a taxi durinbg certain times of the day. Also convenient to State Street Red Line L, to get to either Wrigleey Field or Sox Park.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. This smaller boutique type of hotel is very well located, easy to find, and close to both the financial district and the Rush St area.......Along with the aformentioned, we found the hotel very well priced and attentive staff too!

Best location I've ever stayed at

Our major point of this trip to Chicago was the art institute of Chicago, which was just 2 or 3 block right ahead of this hotel. So I would say it's really convenient. Not just the art museum, the subway and bus station are also really close so we could reach to the Museum campus or China town without much walking both ways. Seriously, after a whole day walking in the city, you really won't have much energy or mood to search for the right subway station.

Great Hotel Near Theater District.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel during a trip to Chicago to see Jersey Boys. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Union Station and the Bank of America Theater. The room was spotless, and the staff was very courteous. I would gladly stay at Club Quarters- The Loop again.

our stay

I felt that for our purposes, the hotel was nice. The thing that I thought was a great asset, is that the only way to get up to the floors was to use the key for your room...this made it not so easy for people who were not staying in the hotel to enter and made me feel safe.

No mini fridge

I recall reading that my room amenities included a mini fridge, but I didn't see one in the room. Other than that, it's a nice and pretty hotel in an excellent location. Great for business trips.
