Great Hotel, Excellent Location
Great location. The hotel is in the heart of downtown. Issues were the Queen size bed were too small, and no view. But we did not stay in hotel much so it was not a problem. Good breakfast, great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

OK Hotel for the Money
The location was great, the staff was helpful, the elevators were incredibly slow, the room was super small, and the continental breakfast was very limited and over crowded. Overall it was OK for the price.

Fair experience for the location....
Overall fair to pleasant stay. Do not stay at hotels much (mostly chose motels) so it's difficult to compare the experience to other comparable hotels. Stayed at another hotel in same general location for about the same price several months ago--this hotel experience was much better. I'll simply list the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: centrally located; many dining/shopping options nearby; comfortable bed; very nice bathroom and shower; staff generally pleasant. Cons: expensive parking; unable to fully control air conditioning unit (cold night); room size somewhat small; no iron/ironing board. Did not have breakfast or utilize any services such as fitness center, so cannot comment on those.

Cost Efficient Mom
Basic Value Hotel
The room were clean but very small, but if you plan on being out and about like we were it was really just a place to sleep and get ready. We had requested a non smoking room and were given a smoking room at check in but they quickly changed that, even on a busy Memorial day weekend when they were boooked.

Great Location, adequate hotel....
Not much of a room view where our room was, but it was quiet when the heater/fan was running. The lighting in the room was not the best, those new enviromental light bulbs work horribly. You are right in the middle of downtown, close to food, shopping and close enough to walk to the Navy pier. Parking was easy and not as expensive as I thought it would be, however the paid parking only allowed us to stay in the structure until 1:00 PM on the day of our departure - it would have been nice to have longer parking privleges. Overall I think the value is excellent and I would consider staying there again.

Good price from [this website]
Good price from [this website] for well located hotel. Parking available in the hotel although have to remove your car from the garage, then find somewhere to park outside the hotel in order to return the garage key. Can be difficult to find somewhere in the morning during rush hour but cannot pay for the hotel until return the garage key so a catch 22 situation. Everything else about the hotel is good.

Comfortable room & bed. Great location especially for the price. Very nice service. Staff very polite. The breakfast room was a bit warm and crowded but the food selection was fine and everything was fresh.

Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Chicago
Visiting for business. Although the front of the building didn't look like much once you entered off the street you could tell the hotel had been there for a long time and probably has some interesting history. I worked all day long so when it was time to find something to eat at the end of the day it was a pleasure to have many options within walking distance. The complementary continental breakfast was above average. My room was very small but clean. I understand I had the smallest room and there are larger ones available. The walls were a little thin one evening but overall it was a pleasant stay.
