Not the best value for your dollar
Because the hotel we were staying at (the night before) was sold out (iHotel), we had to get a last minute room at Baymont. For about the same cost there is NO comparison. The bathroom at Baymont was small and had ants, the tv channels were limited and there were not enough outlets in the room to re-charge all our devices. A basically good room- but NOT for what they charge.

snow ridden
saved us
after waiting out the spring snow storm on March 24, 2012 we thought we'd be ok to drive, but soon realized when we got to Bloomington that the roads were no condition to drive on. We decided to try to make it to Champaign. Found the Baymont online, and reserved a room. We got there around 10 AM and just asked about early check in.. They had been completely booked the night before because of the storm and said they might be able to check us in around 1pm and they were thankfully. We had a very nice relaxing day there. Worked out a little and got some much needed rest before heading out again the next morning. Breakfast was great too!

They do it right
from the time i entered the hotel ,i was greeted warmly and i new i was in a very special place...so many guests are returners from the previous year..We were also impressed with the 24 hour exercise room..

Hotel Stay
A friend and myself stayed here while visiting siblings at U of I. The room was a little small but since all we really did was sleep there it did really bother us. The room was clean and it was nice to have the breakfast both mornings. Good value for the price.

It was a $10 cab ride to and from campus which was a little more expensive then we anticipated.
