Great Staff and wonderful location.
Abi was wonderful. He got me checked in early and always made sure I had everything I needed for my two year old daughter. Room was adaquate and exactly as promised. Pool and hot tub were also clean and fun! Would reccomend putting a microwave out for clients to use and/or a refridgerator. Regardless of that fact this was the best value for my dollar. 30 minute ride into the city!

Comfortable bed
i stayed 3 days here and the bed is very comfortable that you wanna stay longer and sleep more. They have a heated pool and jacuzzi too so it's very nice to relax after a tiring long day. The staff are very helpful.

Needs something Special
As a smoker I know it smells but the odor in the room was terrible I even sprayed my own febreeze and that didnt help much... no refridgerator ..or microwave that was inconvient.. there was no TV guide on the set or in the room..

Excellent Value.
The hotel is difficult to locate because it is not located on the main road, but in a complex just off that road. The room was clkean, comfortable and spaceous. The location is close to many venues. OOurs was Ravinia Park and it was easy to reach as well as returning to the hotel after dark posed no problem. We will definitely book this hotel again.

The restaurant in the hotel serves an excellent breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. The service is wonderful We would return just for that buffet.

Not impressed
Definately have had better experiences. Upon arrival they had placed a cot in the room rather than the crib asked for. There was still trash from the previous occupant, and there were not enough towels for the 4 of us. The next day when they cleaned our room they took all the towels, wash cloths and bath mat and didn't replace them. They claimed online to have a spa and offer continnental breakfast - they had neither. On the plus side- The pool/hot tub was fine, the kids enjoyed them. The community was quiet, close to the Chicago Botanical Gardens and about 45 min from Downtown Chicago.

friends and family visit
Rooms were clean and well kept up. Housekeeping staff was very pleasent. Pool was clean and in good condition. Hot tub was at a good temperature and the jets were nice and strong. Lots of places to eat nearby. Front desk staff was helpful. This was our second time staying here and next time we are in town, we will stay here again. The room price was very good.
