Good place to stay
Stayed one night while visiting Chicago Bears training camp. Hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but was more than good enough. Breakfast in the morning was quite good. Would stay there again. Right by tons of restaurants and shopping.

local get away
We checked in late and the staff wasn't very friendly and hard to understand. The room was decent but the towels were awful like drying off with sand paper.

Ladies Day Away
The hotel was very nice. The staff recognized that we were in town for a conference and made accommodations for our small group.

Where's the exercise room?
I like to exercise hard an hour to two hours a day. I chose the hotel because an exercise room was listed. Turns out it was just "available at another location".

nice place for the price
Nice room, great staff. Only think missing would be a fridge for leftover food.

nice room
The hotel itself was great but two things that i didn't like. number one you can't check in before three o'clock and i was coming from out of town and sang in a concert singing background for some very successful r&b artists so because of that I had to bring my luggage to sound check which was super inconvenient. Number two, when i arrived i was to that i had to have 20 dollars charged on to my credit card just in case of accidentals. I was not aware of that at all!!!!!!! luckily the hotel worked with me and my stay ended up quite pleasant.

A wonderful stay
I never expected the level of service that we received from the moment we checked in. It continued throughout our stay, and when we had to cancel one night of our stay and eventually rebook when the hotel was on the verge of capacity, they did everything they could to make it happen. The staff at the Fairfield Inn were nothing short of spectacular!!!!

Would definately stay here again!
We stay here over the weekend for a wedding. We had stayed here earlier in the year also and enjoyed our stay. I spent some time in the hot tub during the day and it was good and relaxing, the pool could have been a little bit colder though. They are in the process of remodeling their guest rooms. We were lucky enough to get one of the already remodeled ones and it was very nice. The only thing I didn't care for were the pillows. We would definately stay here again!!!
