Not so good
Did not feel very safe at the hotel. Thought the hotel had an indoor pool. Carpeting was dirty.

Parents' Weekend
We booked this hotel for parents' weekend at ISU. The room was immaculate and much more spacious than I had anticipated. The bathroom was, again, immaculate and a lot larger than I had thought. The location was convenient to the ISU campus. They even had a free breakfast (which was a nice surprise) with a nice selection of items. The women who were on duty when we checked in at night and when we left in the morning (two different women) were both extremely nice and friendly! We also met a male housekeeper who was so nice and sweet and polite! My son is graduating in May and we will probably be booking our rooms here in the next month or so--that is how impressed we were with this hotel and staff!

Totally average
The hotel is in a great location at a major intersection; and close to the airport. It was quiet with comfortable beds. The pillows reminded me of bite-size Snickers. Neither the shower drain or the bathroom sink drain worked. The air conditioner worked overtime just to keep the room tolerable. No added bells and whistles at this hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

Good hotel for the price
I went to a conference in town and stayed at QI. Great location. Short drive to ISU student center. Close to many shops and restaurants. Very affordable relative to other local hotels. Clean. Price includes basic Breakfast, enough to get you going. Good basic hotel, safe, clean, no complaints. Would recommend to friends looking for a good value, comfortable & clean room, without lots of frills or expense. Plan to go back to hotel for next yrs conference.

Quality Inn
I was stuck in a smoking room this may have been an Orbitz problem as I know I checked a box for non smoking. The floor was dirty, the toilet ran slow and the host directed me to a door the farthest possible point from my room causing me to lug the bags all that distance,
