Mediocore Stay
It was too far out. It was undergoing remodeling. I was charged $50.00 on my account for incidentals when I had no incidentals and had to call '3' times between my stay on 11/4 and finally the charge was removed from my account on 11/10. Not real happy with my stay.

Desperately needs soundproofing
The room was nice enough but soundproofing was terrible. You could hear fans/heating units going on and off all night long. Couldn't get much sleep. Also we could easily hear people talking/walking around in the room right above ours. Otherwise it would have been a decent stay although nothing special or out of the ordinary. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice value
Our stay here was for Illinois State University's Family Weekend. The room was just right, with a fridge to keep our football tailgating refreshements in.

Great Location for Almost Anything.
This hotel was a very nice 4 star hotel. Rooms were comfy and clean. The room we were in had a huge bathroom. Also, the rooms had nice 40in LCD TV's. The location was very nice. It is right off the interstate and when you first get there, it doesn't seem like there is anything to do. The key is going about 1-2 miles through town to get to the main drag that has everything from shopping to restaurants to entertainment all packed into a nice 1/2 stretch.

Sadly disappointed
The room was nothing special...nothing more then a Motel 6 would offer. The pool area was cold and the pool was cold. The towels provided at the pool were slightly bigger then a face cloth. The much raved about cookies were non-existant. The breakfast was unimpressive. The quality was poor and the choices were very limited...I have had much better breakfasts at hotels that were less costly. When you hear Hampton Inns you think better then average quality...this Hampton Inn falls short of that expectation.

Nice Hotel!
Huge room (ordered the whirlpool suite) but the picture showed a whirlpool in the main room (which I wanted to relax and watch a movie in) but it was a tub with jets closed away in the bathroom instead. Other than that it smelled nice, was clean, quiet, and very conviniently located with very helpful, friendly staff!

Bloomington bust
The room was not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. I was expecting something a little more upscale and was given an average motel room. More like a Super 8 than a Hampton. We expected a "Cloud Nine" bed like we've had in other Hampton Inns. The one we had was more like a cloud 3. I would not stay at this Inn again.
