The price was right for my needs at this time, the room was OK The staff were wonderful

The hotel was really far way from the city, dificult to find and the attention of the lady at the reception was horrible, she was not kind at all and do not help for any single question, with a really bad mode.

The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the city and other local attractions. The room appeared to be clean at a first glance, and the upgrades are nice. However, the fitted sheet came off of the bottom corner of the mattress and the mattress was definitely filthy!! It appeared to be soaked in either rusted water or old blood; I would honestly hate to know what it was that I saw on that mattress. Luckily I did not notice this horrifying spot until the day my fiancé and I checked out. The hotel served its purpose for a place to sleep and shower, but I cannot say that I would stay here again from the dirty mattress experience! Good Luck :)

My stay went well. The staff was nice to me, laughing and smiling. The Hotel seemed cared for and there was even a painting guy there working on one room when I arrived. The hotel looks kind of modern on the inside with orange and white and that theme goes to the room I had too. The room was rather spartan but very clean. One simple chair, table, and a built in padded chair area in the wall. No carpet but more of something that reminded me of a 'light wood' but not real wood floor. Nice big screen tv in the wall. The bed was a modern style and very comfortable. I slept like a rock. (prefers firm mattresses so this was perfect for me). I must say that the walls kept all the sound out except at the door itself so that made sleeping easy. The bathroom was clean/modern sink style and the toilet had incredible suction. No way was anything getting caught in it. From my perspective, for the price, I was really happy. I wouldn't have any problem recommending this hotel to a friend for an inexpensive hotel. Just don't expect fancy if you go here. However, it is well maintained and perfect for someone needing to save money.

I was most of the time on the road which having the hightway right on the corner made very convinient. Not to metion a Dunkin Donuts & Dennis in the morning is always a plus to have during traffic hrs. The Front Desk was nice in particular "Miss. Crystal". Crystal is familiar with the area which made it nice to have some feed back on my search for an apt. As far as the room, it was nice & cozzie. Just hoped it had a microwave/fridge in the room. They didn't have any local restaurants menues-carry outs but did have Motel6 rm svc., NO FREE INTERNET($2.99 for 24hr use) which I didn't purchase but used the McDonalds WI-FI Construction was being carried out during my stay which caused a little inconvenience in finding parking late at night. Nonetheless, it was reasonable, safe & the staff was pleasant during my stay. I would not hesistate to stay in the future.

Perfect for one or two nights. Not to far from the city just make sure you put in west on your gps or you'll end up a half hour away if you don't . And you should get a non smoking room for sure. 50 bucks with tax is worth it I wish they had the same place in every city.

I booked this due to a funeral I needed to attend out of town. [...] So, I paid for room myself to only uncover a dark, stained tile floored room with the strong smell of smoke and floral room spray. The bathroom floor flooded from toilet; Could not have spent 5 mins in there, let alone sleep. Front Desk very unhelpful, and rude. I received a refund and spent another 30.00/night for Marriot. Certainly worth the extra. Never Again!

I loved this motel. The rooms were retro and colorful. If I ever have business in this town again, I will be staying at this motel again.

Motel 6 Chicago North Central was a very comfortable room. It was a relaxed experience. The rooms were very clean and we felt secure during our stay. Hotel check in could have given better directions to our room, look closely at their map. This place is huge, you can get lost if you don't know where you are going inside the hotel. The vanity area was separate from the bath area which added to our convenience.
