Very clean and comfortable
Rooms were ready and there were no problems with our check in. Room was very clean and comfortable.It was very quiet. I did wish they had coffee in the lobby. The restaurant was pretty pricey but the food was good. The service was not what you would expect in a nice restaurant.

Great one nighter!
There was a wedding going on but never heard a peep until I got to the lobby. Maid service was prompt and friendly. Check-in and check-out was the same. Soft, plush bedding ... The business center didn't have a scanner but that was my only complaint. The location was great for me but I wasn't trying to get to the city (Chicago). This is in the suburbs but maybe 15-20 minutes from the south side of Chicago. Nice area. Very close to many restaurants and strip malls. If you're not familiar with the area try 95th and Cicero/Harlem when driving north and 135th and Cicero when driving south. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Great Hotel
Great Facility but if you dont have a car there is preety much nothing to do. Rooms are excellent and clean. Gym and pool are excellent.

Clean! Staff was friendly and very help
Every aspect of the room was CLEAN. The bed was comfortable and the temp. of the room could be easily controlled and was quiet. Staff was welcoming ad helpful.

Great location and good value
The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Ate at the resturant and bar - good food for the price. Enjoyed the pool.

Friendly & Accommodating
We were in the area for a wedding and this hotel was great! The rooms were clean and the service staff was fantastic. Also, the breakfast buffet was way above average - definitely something to try!

Beautiful Place
My Mother and I stayed here because it was very close to the nursing home my Uncle is at. I went by the reviews as a guide. I was looking for something that would be in a safe area, not being from here.Everyone was so nice,and the hotel was Beautiful!! The room was very clean, so we were quite happy. We will come back here again and stay!! My blond moment was when we got to the Hotel and I booked the wrong day, but they fixed it!! Thanks Front Desk.., you guys were Great!! Always Laura W

There were plenty of places to eat all around there. We would have eaten there at the hotel, but it looked to have a higher price tag on it.

Freddie's Nightmare on 127 St.
When heat turned on it was like freddie cruger in the room. That noise he makes with his metal glove. Restaurant was over priced and food was not reflective of the price. Pool was good. Room was clean except for tub. Looks like they smeared grease all over. Barmaid was anticipating tip as you gat drink. Kept forgetting to give change.
