Long lost family reunion
The hotel was easy to find. The desk clerks were always informative and friendly. One even remembered one of our local family members coming in to see the hotel and get information. The lobby had many comfortable seating areas to sit and visit with family. The room was clean, well appointed and cozy. The indoor pool was available 24 hours a day. We took advantage of the guest laundry as we like to fly home with clean clothes. The break fast at the hotel ranged from cook to order to fruit, yogurt and pastries. The hotel was close to nationaly know chain stores if you needed to pick up something. Also is located near the hospital if you had an emergency. I would book this hotel over and over. It has a comfortable home feel with resort style and flair. We traveled around the Twin Falls area to the beautful Falls , farmland, mountains and to Balancing Rock.

Great Hotel, Good Price
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff were great. The only complaint we had was that many children also stayed at this hotel - with the next door neighbors waking us up in the middle of the night and much noise at breakfast. However, the hotel provided us free breakfast to compensate and noisy children aren't exactly their fault.

The Elevation restaurant has a gorgeous view overlooking the canyon. Sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice.

fantasic vacation

Beautiful Hotel!
Check in was fairly quick and you are greeted with fresh cookies at the front desk. The lobby is beautiful. It's not a 5 star hotel but every detail is definitely higher end. It was quiet and in a very accessible location not too far off the freeway but far enough that you won't hear the noise! The rooms are also very nice with a little microwave, stove, fridge and coffee maker in the room. We loved the beds! They were so comfortable and they had a fresh, white comforter instead of those ugly, heavy bedspreads that many hotels have. My only complaint is that they did not have a free breakfast in the am. But really, those breakfasts are usually sugar cereal and dry bagels anyway, right?

Nice place
Hotel was ok. Didn't spend a lot of time there. Only had breakfast there. Not real good. Service was great. Rooms were a bit small.
