5 star rating for a 2 star place
Okay, 4 star. Don't expect a five star hotel experience, but for what it is, this is an excellent value. The staff is incomparably pleasant, and all facilities were clean and comfortable A recommended value for when you are visiting BYU-I.

Great place for a Single Adult!
The room was just what I needed with a King size bed and the room also had a microwave and little refrigerator in it which came in handy for my insulin and needed food items since I am a diabetic! It was nice to have these necessities! I have made reservations to come back one more time at the end of this month and did request the same room and reservations were made before I checked out!

Taking kids to college
Our room was clean but the sheets were so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. They were stiff and scratchy. My 11-year-old daughter also commented that the sheets were not soft at all. I would book somewhere else next time.

Horrible Experience
The staff was extremely un-professional in appearance and attitude. Although the room was clean, the enviroment was less than appealing. There were numerous people loitering around the motel grounds at all hours, not sure what they were doing. The next morning there were about 30-40 beer cans around and underneath my car. It felt so unsafe I would highly recommend to spend a few more dollars to stay at a motel with a safer atmosphere! I will never stay at this motel again and will recommend to family/friends NOT to stay!

Horrible Hotel
First, the toilet in my room would not stop running. When I finally got it to act "normal" every time I would flush, the toilet acted like it was going to overflow. The beds were soooo uncomfortable and the pillows were flat like pancakes. When they said they give a free continental breakfast, its only mini muffins, and bananas. The gym had only an eliptical and a stationary bike (so lame) so it wasnt a gym at all. I was so disappointed staying here and paying $80 a night in such a small town that doesnt offer anything special. This hotel is way overpriced and I have no idea why. I will NEVER stay here again.

Shopping tip:

You have to go to Idaho Falls (30 miles away) to shop or do anything exciting. The closest Starbucks is 114 miles away.

Great Stay!
Check-in was fast and easy. The clerk knew about local eateries we asked about and made good recommendations. The room was very clean and everything worked great. The hot tub and swimming pool made for a superb ending to a beautiful day. The beds were VERY comfortable (very unusual in my case). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Happy with this Motel
Very happy with this motel. We couldn't be happier with the room and all the features of this motel. Great indoor pool and spa as well as a small fitness room. There was also a guests' laundry. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our two day stay from where we commuted to Yellowstone. I would thoroughly recommend this motel to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

It was an 80 mile drive to Yellowstone but we did this for 2 days in a row and it wasn't a burden.

A nice place to say
The rooms were very clean, the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel was located close enough to downtown that finding places to eat, and visiting the LDS Temple (our reason for visiting) were no problem. We were also close enough to the outskirts of town that our day trip to Bear World was also easy. If you're a late riser, don't count on much to eat from the complimentary breakfast - items didn't seem to be replenished. Over-all, our stay was very enjoyable.
