I thought the reception/front desk was polite, responsive and handled all questions. The breakfast was good, Internet was good, pool was good, workout room okay. Nice stay - will come back.

Great breakfast/room
Great breakfast buffet, clean and quiet room, fun family friendly pool. On the downside, staff directed us to a great steakhouse ten minutes away which had, unfortunately, relocated without a forwarding address. My starving family did not eat supper until 10:00 pm.

Montana Baseball Mom
Nice place to stay
We stayed at AmericInn for a baseball tournament. Our 2nd or 3rd stay due to baseball. The stay was really nice. Kids loved the pool. Minor issues- Only downside was the mini refrigerator was not working and the shower curtain was too short so bathroom floor got covered with water.

okay under ordinary circumstances
We were glad to get a reservation, since this is a weekend when parents are bringing students back to the university. It is a very nice facility. However, when we checked in late (after attending a wedding, wedding dinner, and visiting with family), we found that the carpet in the entrance hallway of our room was wet. Our daughter had already jumped into bed (she walked over the area in her shoes and didn't realize it was wet)so when we were offered the only other available room - a specialty room with only one large bed - we declined, and were given towels to place on the wet floor. In the morning, my husband suggested to the desk clerk that a partial refund would be in order. We were told to call [...], having made the reservation through them, and that the hotel manager would deal with them. I did so, and was put on hold while the [...] representative spoke with the hotel. He returned to tell me that the hotel refused to make any concession, but [...] offered a $50 voucher. So, kudos to [...], but AmericInn needs to learn a little bit more about graciousness.

Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed two rooms and they changed our rooms so that they were adjoining. The pool and hot tub were large, clean and open for adults until midnight. Pool table was a hit with our teenagers. The breakfast was great. Will stay here again.

Quality all around
Very quiet hotel. Concrete/cinder block wall construction. Great pool area - large and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
