I arrived late to my room, the bed was comfy. Everything seemed clean. When I showered the next morning, I noticed a dirty, crusty hand towel draped over the shower curtain and a used bar of soap in the shower. That makes a person question if the
sheets were even changed. I will avoid Red Lion for the rest of my life. The man at the front desk was not very sympathetic or helpful.
We flew out of Pocatello airport after a camping trip to Yellowstone and grand Tetons. Was a perfect way to end our trip, relaxing, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served great food and drinks. Getting a shuttle to the airport
Everything was great, except i didn't have a frig or microwave. I think those things should be standard when you have to eat out while staying at a hotel. But that was minimal compared to the excellence of room appearance and staff professionalism
and friendliness. Oh, the continental breakfast was excellent for the price of $4.95 - top notch!
Didn't like that the WiFi was so slow. And did not like the fact that you have a 40 dallors taken off your credit card for amenities and takes almost a week to receive the 40 dallors credit back on your card. Other than that loved the confort of
the room the bed was a good bed to sleep in
This was a fine hotel for the money we paid. Rooms and all was just average. The pool looked really nice, but we didn't have a chance to use it. Kids in it seemed to be having a great time, and there is a real live palm tree. The staff was really
nice and fast and took care of everything. It's clean and comfortable and really easy to find. Coffee in room was nice to have. Could use a little upgrading but we were very pleased considering the price.
