Shilo Inn Nampa Suites is awesome!!
This visit we are house shopping, staff was very helpful as always & very friendly!!!! We would have liked to been able to use a treadmill to walk or a stationery bike for exercise.

Great Staff...but could use some TLC
All of the staff members were GREAT!!!! The only thing about this hotel was that it needs a little work, but for the price it was decent. The place just a quick walk over to get breakfast was great as well, and the staff was equally friendly.

Not as described online!!
The desk manager didn't show up until ten minutes after I arrived, no apology. He expected us to take the crib to our room. Our room was not cleaned after the last occupant, hair on the soap in the bathroom and dirty soap on the sink. I called the desk clerk to ask for soap but he never brought us any. The sheets on the bed had been slept in. The pool was cold, the hot tub barely warm. Would never stay here again. They didn't even give us the coupons for the free breakfast, we had to leave the restaurant across the street and go over and ask for them to pay for our breakfast. Extremely poor service and definitely NOT a "suites" hotel by any means. Stay at the Marriott or Holiday Inn nearby.

Stayed before, hotel still O.K.
We have stayed here twice. The hotel staff is always friendly. I love the free breakfasts and cheap rates. Found it to be much cheaper online than in person. First time under the soap dish had little clocking and was very dirty so was under the fossit and pull bar. I did't complain untill we left then they were very sorry and said they would get rite on it. Same thing happend this time same dirt. From a standing point very clean bathroom. Laying in tub very diffrent view. But overall good for the money.

a GREAT deal
we arrived extremely late & the staff was more than helpful in getting us into our room quickly. Overall it was the staff that made is such a fantastic trip & without a doubt every stay in Nampa will be at the Shilo Inn Suites & they will be the 1st one we'll look into for future vacations. With [...] the Shilo Inn free breakfast, I think we actually save money! Thank you

Needs TLC
Nice but a bid run down. They use the old metal key entry system. I haven't used one of those keys to enter my hotel room in years. Room was clean, just out dated. Not as nice as the Shilo's in Twin Falls or Idaho Falls, Idaho that I have stayed in.

Comfortable Stay
The staff is the best. They go above and beyond to assure their guests have a perfect stay. We were even given a gift package on our return visit.
