Upscale spacious suites with free high-speed Internet access, coffee makers, refrigerators, microwaves and hair dryers. Free deluxe continental breakfast with hot Belgian waffles, large indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, business center, meeting room (80 person capacity) and wireless Internet available in public areas. St Lukes Medical Center, Roaring Springs Water Park, and Boondocks Amusement Park nearby. 1-84 provides easy access to downtown Boise, State Capitol and goverment offices. All Comfort Suites are smoke free.

Wouldn't stay again

First, the room we checked into had a clogged toilet. We told the front desk and they said someone would be to fix it within 4 hours. No one ever came, and with a potty training toddler, this was an issue. We finally went back to the front desk 6 hours later, and they said the maintenance man would NOT be coming to fix it. (Thanks for letting us know that.) The phone in our room also did not work. We had to ask to be moved to a different room. The door leading to the parking lot was broken. The pool was so cold that my daughter who was DYING to swim and it was all she could talk about would not even get in. We ran out of toothpaste and when we went to the front desk to ask for more they said that they also ran out. They only left conditioner in our room, NO SHAMPOO. I have stayed at hotels that were 1/3 that price, and we at least got shampoo. I was not impressed with my stay AT ALL, and I would NEVER stay at that hotel again.
