Needs attention

I was relagated to the "Seaport Club" across the parking lot from the main facility. The rooms are average. They've recently gone through and sort of updated them (put lip stick on the pig). The room was dirty. If the vacuum couldn't reach it, then it must be clean seems to the their attitude.

Epicenter of action in dull Lewiston...

I travel to Lewiston frequently for business. The red Lion is an average to slightly above average hotel (relative to say a Hilton, Red Lion, or nicer Holiday Inn in a slightly bigger than average city). However, Lewiston is not exactly the most exciting city - and in this respect the Red Lion shines. The bar in the Red Lion seems to be the spot where the locals go for fun. So, if you want to stay in a spot within walking distance of the nightlife, the Lewiston Red Lion is a decent choice. The rooms are reasonably sized and as clean as any other mid-range hotel. The location is fairly quiet and not too far from some nice jogging trails. Some of the rooms offer a decent view of the Clearwater River.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Short walk/drive to a couple of seedy bars, fast food, and a grocery store - AND a decent thai restaraunt.

Great hotel and swimming accomodations

5 days stay at the Red Lion. Loved the pool and hot tub area, but there were never any towels available out by the poolside. The bins were ALWAYS empty and never restocked. Otherwise, we loved out stay. Thank you. We would go to another Red Lion when we travel.

Mom's Weekend

Desperate to find a hotel for WSU Mom's Weekend I was referred to Lewiston to find a hotel. Luckily I've always enjoyed my stays at Red Lion Hotels in other cities so it was a no-brainer to stay at this property knowing the quality of Red Lion. Thank you for making my Mom's Weekend possible!
