Don't pass this up!
My initial impression was that this B&B was getting a bit long in the tooth. Once we opened the front door, however, that impression was completely dispelled. Charming, inviting surroundings reminiscent of a classic lodge make this a warm and inviting place to stay. Several good restaurants are within walking distance, and it's a short trip from the Hailey airport. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating, and the breakfast was excellent.

CK's was excellent with a nice atmosphere, attentive service, and great food. You might even catch a celeb or two dining next to you!

The Inn at Elllsworth Estate
We were in Sun Valley on a quest to golf in every state. Staying at 'The Inn' was the highlight of our trip (17 days), as you felt at home, only with someone there to fix you a fabulous breakfast. The food was just superb!

We were making a move from NY to OR and traveling with a moving van & car dolly. We had a number of hotel experiences along the way and the Inn at Ellsworth Estate was such a refreshing change. [...] made sure our rooms were ready for us...and they were lovely rooms! The property is located in a quite neighborhood and it was great to be in a home rather than a hotel. We slept better that night then we had our entire trip!! Not only were the facilities great...room was clean & beautiful...but the breakfast the next morning was amazing!! I had read the T.A. reviews before choosing the Ellsworth Estate and they weren't lying...the breakfast is amazing!! It's gourmet and large...there's something for every body!! Also, just to let you know...there were some older reviews that mentioned problems with the staff. [...] started managing the Inn ~1.5 years ago. The guy that was managing it before did a really poor job. I found [...] to be very personable and lovely...she took very good care of us.

Home Away from Home
I normally stay at Hilton Hotels and found this at the last minute while taking a business trip.I couldn't be more pleased. I felt like I was visiting family! [...] the Inn Keeper was fabulous! I was so comfortable and at home from the moment I walked through the door. All the other guests were as happy and pleased as I was. We sat on the front porch one evening and talked about our favorite authors and books we have read. Breakfast was great and the coffee........yummy~! There was always treats, sweets and snacks out in the kitchen if you needed something on the go. Bitzer (the dog) was nice to have at the home to complete the ultimate stay!

Great place to eat with fantastic wine list. CK on Main Street in Hailey. Great simple menu with something for every discerning palette.

A Beautiful Historic Inn
This was a very comfortable alternative to staying in Sun Valley (10 miles away). We loved being in a home-like atmosphere. The owner provided a delicious three-course breakfast for us every morning. We stayed on the third floor (sorry, no elevator) and yet the water in our private bathroom was immediately hot in the mornings, the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet, and we slept like logs under our down comforter. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Idaho for the Sun Valley Jazz Festival.
