Always a favorite; time and time again.

Whenever I'm in Boise, I always stay at the Riverside Hotel. Their rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. I love the new saltwater pool, Sand Bar, and delicious breakfast buffet. This location is ideal as it is just steps from the Boise River and the Greenbelt.

Great place, ask for a balcony

Huge lovely room, but it was so dark! 2 little windows aren't enough . We would ask for a room with a balcony next trip. Great setting, with pool, outdoor bar and the river. Great breakfast buffet too.

Great place to stay!

Spent four days at the Riverside Hotel. It's simply a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the pool was warm, the hottub was hot, the bed was soft but very user-friendly. It just doesn't get any better than this!

rooms definitly need upgrading and over-seeing from someone

the staff was wonderful, helpful and very patient! the room however, was NOT that great. It was very clean, but only one wastebasket for the large room and large bathroom, thats ridiculus to have to walk into the bath every time you throw away a kleenex or luggage tag! Also the 'sheers/drapes' both sides had largish rips in them, that was very visible when curtains were open. That should have been an easy fix, and done immediately when maid noticed or when we called attention to it, and it was not done. They did however tell us that they were going to upgrade all the rooms with hi-def tv's and ect. Big Deal, i wanted curtains without tears in them!! The site was on the Boise river and the walking/biking paths were BEAUTIFUL, and it had a Joe's Crab Shack next door, which wasa plus for me!!

Doubletree, Boise

We have always stayed at this Doubletree on our annual trip from Seattle to Salt Lake City. This the first time we had a room that was dirty, the security lock on the door was broken, the bathroom was not clean and there was a big stain on the carpet by the side of the bed. I could not believe the Doubletree would even rent this room. I will never stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

I needed a place to stay overnight so that I didn't have to travel at night with a 3 month old baby. Everyone we encountered was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Requested crib service, the crib was already set up in our room upon our arrival. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and breakfast. Both arrived on time, hot and delicioius. The king bed was comfortable, the soaker tub was great, and the balcony window overlooking the river was relaxing. Thanks Double-Tree for the pleasant stay!
