Boise trip

Room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. Room decor is what you would expect in an average hotel; again, nothing special. Pool as listed is a little misleading. It is not what you would consider a classic pool where the kids and family can play and hang out. It is a lap pool, specifically used for exercise only. Also, the pool seemed a little gross and needs some TLC. The bottom looked very dirty and the paint was peeling. For the same amount of money or less Holiday Inn by airport is much nicer, or Modern.

Value not consistent with price

Go to Boise a few times a year. Won't be returning here. Staff was awful from the valet, greeter, check in staff, and bar tenders. Room was dirty, lights bulb in most of the lamps were blown. Called the desk for assistance, greeted very nastily, well do you want another room. Pass on this one.

Good location and comfortable rooms.

I liked mostly everything about staying at the Grove. My only complaint is a little one and that is the shower was small and the faucet and fixtures were coming loose from the wall. The light was also really dim in there. But the room was really comfortable and clean. We had a good view and we loved the spa/work out facilities.

The Hotel

staff and room were very nice . The only thing that needed attention was the pool and spa area. The spa was in need of cleaning, and the sauna was down right gross!

Can not beat the Grove Hotel, Boise

I stay here every time I travel to Boise. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Boise and it is within walking distance to all of the best shopping and restaurants. It is clean, has a nice bar and restaurant and a health club in the hotel. Additionally, the views facing dowtown are beautiful!

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

Everything is a short walk and there is a lot of variety for live music and food and best of all, you can eat outside 250 days a year or more because of the great weather.

Business/Pleasure Delight

Locationally, it doesn't get ANY BETTER than this. I walked to the Boise State campus, walked to dinner, walked to church Sunday morning and the shuttle ride to the airport took 10 minutes...delightful!
