Great Location

Very nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff with a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and big with a huge and comfortable ... bed. Excellent location for excessing freeway and shopping centers. I would definitely stay there again.

On a business trip from Ketchum, Idaho to Walla Walla, Washington, I found myself stranded along the side of the highway a ... few miles east of Boise. My vehicle was billowing smoke. After it had cooled, I added radiator fluid and limped on ahead. A few miles further and it overheated again. Once again I filled the reservoir and made my way in to Boise. It being a National Holiday, I could not have my vehicle looked at until the following day. I had stayed at the Harrison Plaza on business before and had enjoyed the ambiance, the service, and the location. I checked into the hotel in the early afternooon and settled in to my room. Nice pillow top bed, great balcony overlooking the city. Nice quiet and clean room. I worked via the internet for the rest of the day, ordered a pizza, watched a movie and the following day, after taking the car for servicing, I was on my way. I found myself in a pleasant state, instead of what could have been a real frustration.

Awesome Hotel

The Harrison Plaza Suite Hotel in Boise, ID was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Starting out the people at the ... front desk were super friendly and willing and able to help, I was in the process of moving from Michigan to Oregon and needed a document printed and faxed which they did without any delay and where super friendly during the entire process. The room was super nice, it was spacious, had a great desk area, and a really comfortable bed with great bedding.

This hotel is an excellent value. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities such as high speed access in rooms and if you ... forget your laptop they have desktop terminals in the lobby. Soft comfortable beds,plush towels(not the flimsy threadbare ones)and bathrobes like the more expensive hotels. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. the continental breakfast was adequate with a make your own belgian waffle station. The only negatives (and this may seem like nit picking)was the toilet paper was the type usually reserved for public restrooms. Add a nice hot tub and this hotel would beone of the best in the country. Value to dollar I would rate it a 9 out of 10

The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast is not much. The check in was not as easy because of the language of the ... person at the desk. The rooms are great.
