Good but not Great

Big room. The rooms need updating. The bed was fantastic. I have never slept in a more clean comfortable and beautiful ... bed. The bathroom was clean but the grout was black with mold. The only other thing that I did not like was that the furniture was very worn out and the stuffing was poking through the fabric

Fabulous balcony room with a view over the pool. It was open from 6:00am so I was able to have an early morning swim. The ... location is perfect as it is near my daughter's home and we were able to walk back at night. It is also near to the center of Boise and also walkable. The staff were very nice and gave us chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Only problem was that we would have liked more cream for the coffee!!!

River view room was great. Room was in older wing, but nicely appointed. Beds there are the best I have slept in anywhere. ... Walks along river are a must, just outside the hotel. Joe's Crab Shack just 1/2 block away has great food.

It was a really great stay! The staff was very friendly & helpful. We loved every bit except the part where our bathroom had ... dirty towels, the mirror had messages on it once it fogged up, the drain in the tub didn't drain very well & the toilet had trouble flushing.

Easy access from highway was great. The food in their dining room was excellent, and at a good price. The room was ... comfortable. Our only complaint was the occupants on the floor above us stomped on the floor a lot, and the people in the neighboring room kept slamming their door very early each morning.

They gave us an impressive upgrade FREE since they had rented our chosen room. Large oval spa tub suite. We'll be staying ... there again for sure. Everything was first rate. Located near river parkway for great walks, fine dining nearby. Try it, you'll like it.

The price was right

The noise level was too high. Anyone walking upstairs could be heard in the room. We had a herd of children jumping off the ... bed and running back and forth upstairs - at 11PM that is. Security came and finally quieted them down. Outside noise can be botted out by the TV. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave soap, shampoo, and especially coffee cups for the in room coffee maker. Took three calls to the front desk to get them delivered. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pool was great. Spent 4 nights there and with a great rate.

The staff made everything wonderful. They recommended a restaurant next door that was the best restaurant. They greeted us ... with cookies. The beds were the most comfortable we ever slept in. The price was great. The location on the river with miles of treelined walkways, canadian geese glided along. We don't travel a lot, so we are always nervous about the place. No need. Cheap tickets got everything right. The hotel, the flights, the car. Thank you.

Its what I expected for the rating and price. The room and bed appeared to be extra clean; however there were hairs on all ... over the bathroom floor, toilet and sink. The bar had great food and service. The pool was quiet and nice. Worth every bit of 80-90 bucks for three nights. Just put a towel down on the floor and wipe out the sink/toilet.

We stayed there on our way there room was very nice my wife booked it and I was able to receive Hilton rewards points. I ... booked return on Orbitz when we arrived I was told rewards don`t count when booking thru you. Also the room we received was not very clean shower stall, window ledges carpet dirty we told them at front desk they said they will report it thats all. When my wife booked she booked direct for the same rate and we received better room and location seems better to book direct.

I stayed there last week and it was very nice experiance. Decided to try again this time, they upcharged me $10 saying that I ... had booked a standard room when the Orbitz discription said Garden veiw. When I told the front desk manager, she said well last week you must have been upgraded for free, i said then why didnt they tell me this. How many times have you ever gotten an upgrade for free and they didn't tell you. So that you would sing their praises to you freinds and familys. Whem i told them that there were 100's of options in the Boise area to stay and that i wouldn't return the front desk manager didnt even offer any comment!

the boise river is literally 20 ft from hotel with benches in trees to sit and watch it go by. However the hotel is really just off the freeway and there was nothing I wanted to do in walking distance. I swam every day in the lovely pool surrounded by nice grounds and enjoyed a room service dinner every eve.
