Good location and very pet friendly.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The pet charge for our dog was only $10! The hotel is in a quiet area with trees and a close walk to the Boise River and the Greenbelt.

Worktrip
My manager and I were in for a quick meeting and stayed here because of the great price online. When we got there the staff was extremely helpful. The business center was great for our last minute prep and having a cute little bar literally 20 feet away made the prep much more fun! The rooms are fine, clean but a little dated. They also have a shuttle that will take you anywhere you want and pick you up for for free! I will will definitely stay here again.

This was a good hotel, the rooms were clean and the beds soft. Maid service was good and the cookies were great. Would stay here again.

Another nice stay
We were there to visit family so we didn't spend much time at the hotel but both the check in and check out were fast and friendly

staying in town to visit friends
I think their no refund policy is harsh. I knew if I left early I would not get refund, so next time I will stay where I will get a refund if necessary. I also would have liked a refrigerator in room; I am a diabetic and needed cooler for insulin. I did not receive grab bars in bathtub, making it dangerous for me. I specifically asked for grab bars.

Getting away with the guys!
I always book the double Tree when I travel to Boise because of the 24 hr hot tub and the 1:00 pm check out. Both of those things are important for the type of activities I usually do when I travel to Boise!

Perfect for business
Not a bad place to stay. The only downside is the lack of room service or places to walk close by for dinner.

Hotel Review Boise
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicer than we expected for what we paid. We took a dip in the hot tub and it was nice and clean. The exercise room was little but nice. You could get a good workout with all the things they had in there. It was close to what we were visiting Boise for. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was great.

Nice for the price
Friendly staff and very accommodating with a late check-in. The room was spotless, although I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room. I was also very satisfied with the rate.
