Great Place
The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and I just wish I had stayed longer so I could utilize the kitchenette and other amenities. Great location and will stay there again if ever in Boise.

Nice Hotel
We got in late (10pm) and the night staff were very nice. The hotel was quiet and clean. It had a strange smell on the 3rd floor. Like someone had sprayed a ton of air freshener. The morning were nice.

Excellent Service
I was greeted late at night by a very friendly staff member who was helping another guest at the time. She kept acknowledging my presence. My room was clean and had a very comfortable desk chair, recliner, couch, and bed. The bathroom was lovely. The only downside was the hotel's promise was to have hypoallergenic pillows, but mine were not. After letting the front desk know that I needed replacement pillows, and extra towels, I was assured that I would get them. I was gone for most of the day, and had a message from the front desk that they had not forgotten about me, but the pillows and towels were in my room upon my return.

Fantastic hotel!
I stayed here during a brief stopover in the city to visit relatives, we stayed here for much our time and even had our relatives come here, since the room was large. We liked the kitchen as this gave us our own independence. Compared to other Boise hotels this is best value for money given the facilities available within the room.

Excellent stay, fantastic service!
They didn't have a room with two beds when we arrived at 3:00am so they upgraded us to a suite! The lady was really friendly, everyone we talked to made our experience amazing. Will always stay at this location! The shopping is right across the street, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to get to and easy to navigate around!

The perfect stay!
Was a perfect place in Boise. We had a dog and we she was treated like a guest! The room was the perfect size. We arrived late so went to the grocery store...we were so delighted when we found a full size refrigerator in our room, Everything was clean and well stocked. There is an "honor store" downstairs and always a free cup of coffee downstairs. Recommend highly. Oh yeah, comfortable bed and blackout curtains!

Nice place to stay
Beds were real comfortable. Rooms had nice space and free internet connections. Continental breakfast was a little limited but had enough to eat.
