It was a average hotel, great staff.
I thought the hotel was average hotel. The shower heads in the shower were terriable. the shower heads were from the earily 80's that had very little pressure. I felt the price was high for what you get. the service of the staff was excellent.

Long Business Trip
Room was average. Hotel was very noisey. People were loud in the hallways, people stomping feet above me and TV too loud in room next to me. I did not sleep for two nights. I have stayed at same hotel in the past and was ok. Good location.

Friday night was great. Very low water pressure but not anything we couldn't live with. Saturday night we had Thumper above us. At 11:00 pm I called downstairs to the desk and told them that there was a lot of noise above us. The desk clerk just laughed and said, "Yeah, we'll be right up." Finally at 3:30 am, Thumper settled down and went to sleep. Very annoying to not be able to sleep!

Ehh...
I took my daughter on a shopping trip to West Des Moines. I was surprised by the size of the room, considering it was called a suite. It was quite small, and poorly designed in terms of layout. The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way because it bumped into the bed. If you turned too quickly coming out of the bathroom, you ran right into the TV/dresser. When we went to use the pool, it was closed for cleaning. While it was clean, the overall appearance is dated. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room, but in general, it was a let down.

Decent Stay. Hotel offers the basics plus extra snacks during the day, which was a nice touch. It is located near the mall and other surrounding shopping. It fit my needs for business as there was free wireless and free breakfast.

Very nice Motel
Nice motel. Great location and very clean. Breakfast was picked over with the poor kid trying to keep up with the demand. We had to wait until more food was brought out including the coffee. He should have had more help. He tried to do the best he could.
