Central location in downtown waterloo, close to area industrial center. shopping, airport, university, and area attractions. 1/2 block from convention center.Pet accommodation: 10.00/night. Pet deposit: 75.00/stay. Pet limit: 50 lbs and under.

A room in need of assistance

Room is nice and spacious, but mattress needed replacing about 50 years ago (OK maybe just 5 years ago) and shower head was terrible, water came out of about 1/4th of head.

Great price for the location

I was only in town for my daughters prom. The front desk people were very pleasant and catered to all my needs as far as my stay at the motel.The room was very clean and smokefree. The free breakfast was a plus! I've never stayed at an Quality Inn until now, but I would definitely refer my friends and family.

THE WORST OVERNIGHT STAY EVER.

Only stayed there to do some shopping and needed a place to sleep. Although we werent there a whole lot...nothing went right. The pop/ice machines were out of order, not to mention the front door. Our room was FREEZING the heater wasn't even plugged in before we even checked in. Took 15 hours to half way warm up the room..needless to say we slept in sweatshirts, socks and coats...RIDICULOUS! Then, went to get ready the next morning w/ a broked hair dryer, and my son had picked up a insulin syringe! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE...Worst overnight stay in my life!

Unbeatable price

We had just came back from Vegas a week ago and I have to say that the stay at Quality Inn was by far better than Ballys. At Quality is was a excellant breakfast and there was a small frig and microwave. None of which was available at Ballys. Also, the staff was very friendly and the prices were very affordable. I have family in Waterloo so when I come back to see them I will stay at Quality from now on. Awesome experince.
