Hampton Inn Waterloo

I stayed 2 nights here and found the hotel to be just fine in all categories. Staff was very helpful, quick check in and willing to look up or find anything for you. Room was exceptionally clean. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We came for a family reunion but viewed the Hampton Inn as our respite from the crowd. Quiet and clean and friendly staff

Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfasts with plenty of selection. Friendly, helpful staff. A nice place to use as a base for our visit to Waterloo.

My time in the hotel was very limited. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast that I received. I would recommend your hotel to my friends.

The room was quiet and the beds comfortable, the free breakfast quite good. The signage was not so good and I ended calling the desk to find the location, but got very helpful advice that got me to the hotel in good order. A number of other hotels in the same area, some at lower prices.

We stayed at the Waterloo Hampton while my daughter was participating in a nearby swim competition. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly desk attendant and were rapidly checked in. Our desk clerk also gave out helpful information regarding where to eat and provided us with easy to follow directions. Our room was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with a pile of pillows (so that you could select which firmness you preferred). The pool/hot tub area was also nice with towels available at the pool. There wasn't a lot of seating around the pool, but then again there wasn't many people in the pool while we were there. The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It included the usual coffee, juice, fruit, muffins and cereal along with eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. There was only one waffle maker, so it did take awhile. The staff kept all items stocked and cleaned up any messes immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay at the Hampton and would definately stay there again!

We stayed here only one night, but we were very pleased with our experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our kids (ages 4, 7 & 8) enjoyed the pool ...as did we...because it was well kept and the perfect temperature. They even provided some toys for the kids, which made us feel like we could relax and have a good time. The room was clean, the bathroom was large, and they provided a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast in the morning was good. Not excellent, but there was a good variety of food offered. We'll be staying at more Hampton Inns in the future.

The hotel was undergoing exterior remodeling and we hardly even knew they were there. They quit in a timely matter and were very courteous with their equipment. The hotel was very clean and the beds were AMAZING! Pool area was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was a short drive away: eating, shopping our event center we needed to go to.

We arrived late on the 18th then spent the night and did some Christmas shopping then went to a wedding that night, waking up early and headed back to Indy. Was a little hard to see the entrance to the hotel since it had snowed and they had a blue tarp up on the street side of the building but we had good directions and were looking for it.
